Recent advances in psychotherapy have brought a new lens to OCD treatment by asking both therapists and clients to consider more than just the old “trigger” and “response” routine. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) combines mindfulness and cognitive therapy approaches to help individuals notice and relate to OCD in new ways. Join this 8 week group to try a new approach to OCD and Anxiety.
A 5-Day Virtual Intensive OCD Group
Next Group: Beginning June 6th, 2022
This bootcamp will help you break down big and scary changes into manageable, moment by moment steps. We will help you set clear goals each day, apply evidence-based strategies to your daily OCD challenges, and receive individualized feedback to maximize your success. Each day begins with 30 minutes of Yoga/Mindfulness and ends with 30 minutes of individual coaching. This bootcamp will give you the momentum and tools you need to continue working on your OCD after the group ends.
