We're Here for You
Professional care, personal touch
CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, an evidence-based treatment that has been shown to significantly decrease negative symptoms associated with various disorders. Whether you are struggling with low self-esteem, or a severe anxiety disorder, we have the tools to tackle the job.
Each session you are given thoroughly explained tasks to take home and practice throughout the week. Our job doesn’t end there though, each new session you will evaluate your progress with your therapist who is highly trained in the treatment modification process. This means, if something isn’t working for you, we will try something else that will.
You can walk out confident that your therapist has your back.
